Felicia Wilson-Bell and Executive Chef Darryl Harmon have teamed up for the second time to launch a newly successful restaurant – BlackHen Fried Chicken. Offering gourmet fried chicken unlike any other, this new venture is sure to amaze its customers. Plus, their unique take on brunch is not one to miss out on! With their first collaboration having been Amina Southern Cuisine, these two are familiar with success and are now back with an even greater menu of delicious eats.

Felicia Wilson-Bell is a serial entrepreneur with an impressive 20+ year career of turning her vision into reality. She has built several thriving businesses through her focus and determination, leading each business from concept to profitability. Felicia has a unique ability to focus on the big picture while also rolling up her sleeves and getting involved in the details. Her eye for detail and drive to succeed has made her successful in a variety of industries. With her experience and insight, she continues to create new opportunities as she grows her businesses.

Darryl Harmon

Co-founder and Manager

Darryl Harmon, who hails from Gouldtown, NJ in Cumberland County, which is considered the oldest black community in the U.S., is an award-winning chef for The Lure Group in New York City. He previously served as the Executive Chef at the Water Works Restaurant in Philadelphia between 2007 and 2012.
